Kitchen and Bath Sales Consultant

DV Home Design Center, a leader in luxury kitchen and bath renovations located in East Northport, Long Island, is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at our showroom.

The ideal candidate has proven experience selling kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects and understands the full sales cycle – from initial consultation to contract execution. This role is client-facing and plays a key part in converting showroom visits and inquiries into high-value remodeling projects.

As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant, you will work closely with homeowners, designers, and project managers to guide clients through the decision-making process, present solutions, and close projects that align with both the client’s vision and our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients in the showroom to understand their needs, goals, and budget.
• Present kitchen and bath remodeling solutions, products, and services clearly and professionally.
• Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract.
• Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and pricing.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure smooth project handoff.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activity.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold our luxury brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience selling kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bathroom products, materials, and renovation processes.
• Proven ability to close high-value residential projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with upscale clientele in a showroom environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Experience working with designers or design-build firms is a strong plus.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission based on closed project value. The exact compensation structure will be tailored individually based on experience and performance.

Schedule:

Full-time position, 5 days a week.
