DV Home Design Center, a leader in luxury kitchen and bath renovations located in East Northport, Long Island, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing high-end kitchen and bath renovation projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with homeowners, designers, and contractors.

As a Kitchen & Bath Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of residential renovation projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage vendors and subcontractors, track progress, and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team during construction. Your work ensures that design intent is executed accurately and that the overall client experience meets our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage renovation projects from contract execution through final completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, installers, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the construction phase.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
  • Monitor job progress, identify issues, and proactively resolve problems on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, sales staff, and contractors to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Conduct site visits and job walkthroughs to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Manage change orders, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing residential kitchen and bath renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and installation workflows.
  • Experience working with high-end or luxury residential projects preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience. Compensation structure will be tailored individually based on qualifications and contributions.

Schedule:

Full-time position, 5 days a week.
